Stava Building Corporation is proud to be the contractor for 111 Lofts, owned by Price Family Properties, located at the north west corner of 5th & Boulder.
This 98,035 square-foot, 10-story historical renovation in the heart of Tulsa’s Deco District, will be the largest historical renovation in this area since the nearby Mayo Hotel reopened almost a decade ago.
“The 111 Lofts will become a popular part of downtown and Stava is thrilled to be a part of its history”, said Curt Hellen, President of Stava Construction.
111 Lofts to Provide Exceptional Downtown Tulsa Living Options
The top nine levels of this beautiful building will offer for-rent apartments, with options ranging from studio style units to an expansive 2,800 square-foot, 3-bedroom space.
Each unit will be unique and modern, yet still maintain the history and charm of Tulsa’s Art Deco history.
Along with the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, other features will include a gourmet kitchen, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, open concept living room, and of course – a breath-taking view of Downtown Tulsa.
Once entering the building on the ground floor, residents and guests will be greeted with glass backed elevators in an atrium design with the central interior opening ascending from the marble flooring to a 130’ high translucent skylight ceiling.
