We have worked with John Stava, Stava Building Corp., multiple times over the last 15 years. His company retro-fitted three old buildings for our Lexus and Land Rover dealerships. Redoing a facility is, in my opinion, much more difficult than building a new structure. We found all kinds of surprises, but John (and his staff) always figured out a way to produce the end product we needed. They were always professional, reliable and had to be quite creative at times. They also completed for us, on a much smaller scale, the interior space for The King’s Kids, at KingsPointe Village. I feel comfortable recommending John and his staff.
